FLY LINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 2012 DH RODS

This table was created mainly by Antti Guttorm. He is the only Finn who has passed all International Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF) casting instructor exams(CI, MCI ja THCI). In addition, Antti is an extremely experienced salmon fisherman and a fly fishing guide, who spends most of his summers on the northern rivers. Please, do remember that the values in the table are our recommendations based on extensive testing. However, every caster has his/her own style and preferences. So, if you have a chance to test different fly lines with your own DH fly rod before purchase, you should definitely do that. If not, do not despair. We are very confident that by following the recommendations listed in the table, you'll enjoy your casting, fishing and Vision DH rod to the maximum.
